郑州职业技术学院市场营销专业成立于2010年,2010年开始招生,每年招生规模为150人左右,设三个教学班,现归属电子商务学院。

专业培养目标:培养思想政治坚定,德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,适应批发业、零售业、服务业等行业需要,具有良好的人文素养、职业道德、创新意识和创业素质,掌握市场调查、市场开发、品牌推广、数字营销和电子商务等知识和技术技能,面向各类中小微型企业和非营利组织等领域的市场营销专业职业群,从事客户开发、产品销售、社群营销和直播营销等市场营销相关工作的高素质复合型技术技能人才。

就业方向:培养工商企业(产品营销)、外贸、金融保险、旅游(服务营销)、传媒、医药等行业所需人才,在市场部、策划部、营销部或销售部等部门从事市场调研、营销策划、数字营销、直播销售等工作。

教育教学:本现有专任教师8人,均为硕士研究生和双师型教师,其中教授1人,讲师3人,助教4人。专业课程设置和授课内容紧跟时代步伐,重点培养数字营销人才,专任教师均获得数字营销职业能力认证中级证书。2012年建成市级精品在线共享课一门;2022年立项省级示范课程一门;2016年参加教育部高职院校市场营销技能大赛,获国赛一等奖;2022年参加河南省职业院校教师教学技能大赛,获省赛一等奖;近六年来营销专业学生共获得市场营销技能大赛省赛一等奖2项、二等奖3项;市赛一等奖3项,二等奖3项。

校企合作与实训室建设:现有数字营销实训中心、虚拟仿真技术中心、创新创业中心等三个实训中心供教学实习使用;与天琴直播基地合作共建实习就业基地;与字节跳动达成校企合作协议实施产学研人才联合培养。

Employment direction: To train talents needed by industrial and commercial enterprises (product marketing), foreign trade, finance and insurance, tourism (service marketing), media, medicine and other industries, and to engage in market research, marketing planning, digital marketing, live sales and other work in the Marketing Department, planning department, Marketing Department or sales department.

Education and teaching: There are 8 full-time teachers, all of whom are with master degree and double-professionally-titled teachers, including one professor, 3 lecturers and 4 teaching assistants. Professional curriculum and teaching contents keep up with the real mark situation, focusing on the training of digital marketing talents, full-time teachers have obtained the intermediate certificate of digital marketing professional competence certification. In 2012, a municipal quality online shared course was established; A provincial demonstration course will be established in 2022; In 2016, one team won the first prize of the national competition in the Marketing Skills Competition of Higher Vocational Colleges of the Ministry of Education. In 2022, one teacher-team won the first prize of the provincial competition in the Teaching Skills Competition of Vocational colleges in Henan Province. In the past six years, students majoring in marketing have won 2 first prizes and 3 second prizes in the provincial Marketing Skills Competition. There were 3 first prizes and 3 second prizes in the city competition.

School-enterprise cooperation and training room construction: The existing digital marketing training center, virtual simulation technology center, innovation and entrepreneurship center and other three training centers for teaching practice; Cooperate with Tianqin Live broadcast base to build internship and employment base; Reached a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Bytedance to implement the joint training of industry-university-research talents.
